I have chosen not to use your survey. Instead a personal letter is more appropriate given the obvious professionalism and knowledge of the trade you have immersed yourself in. You love what you do! And your product is proof in detail.

I had first contacted another cabinetmaker business in town for kitchen countertops and was very dissatisfied. They did not return my calls, did not show up when they said they would, and then added over $500 of extra charges to the initial price I'd been quoted - extra fees for things like removing the kitchen sink, or for making a 3" x 3" notch to fit around a beam, etc. I decided rather than give them any more of my money I would kiss my $100 nonrefundable deposit goodbye and look elsewhere. I found Cabinets Etc. and I was not disappointed. Their service was excellent. They were friendly, polite, attentive and punctual. When I inquired about extra charges for things like removing the sink, they were genuinely puzzled and did not know what I was talking about. The price they quoted was for everything. No hidden fees. The countertops are perfect - exactly what I wanted at a great price and it still makes me happy to look at them these years later. Their installers were friendly and professional. The whole job was a pleasure. These are good people and will always have my business. Thanks!
